Crisp slow cooked Pork belly, smoked apple puree and toffee apple pieces

Wild mushroom croute, truffle and parmesan

Black pudding & cheese bon bons, sweet chilli dip and micro salad

Main course

10oz fillet steak, chunky chips, roasted plum tomato and, flat mushroom. choice of peppercorn or bearnaise sauce

Pan seared Sea bream fillet, potato fondant, tenderstem broccoli and chive beurre blanc

Chicken supreme, charred asparagus, creamy mashed potato and chervil sauce

Green vegetable Gnocchi, vegan pesto and crisp rocket

 

Dessert

Strawberry, blackpepper and mascarpone tart

Dark chocolate and orange brownie, fresh berries and chocolate ice cream

Individual lemon meringue pie, candy lemon and lemon balm

English cheese board; Blacksticks blue, crumbly Lancashire, English brie, chutneys, grapes and crackers.
